To truly revitalize, we must reimagine. The 17th Avenue Revitalization Project is an innovative development aiming to improve the social economic and environmental status of large-scale multifamily living in the City of Calgary’s downtown core. Four 15-20 story mixed-use towers will not only be ecologically constructed, but they will also use eco-technologies that support food security and decrease electrical strain. Additionally, the Project will add much-needed medical care facilities into the downtown, and unlike any other downtown development, the uniquely designed Avatron Alley™ will incorporate large commercial anchors and small-footprint retail spaces featuring local, aspiring small-business owners.
